Whether your needs require a single part to be produced or several thousand, Precision Cutting Technologies can meet your needs in a timely and cost effective manner. Our trained Waterjet and Laser operators are Flow and Cincinnati certified and are capable of assisting your processing at virtually any level. To meet your most urgent production requirements, we offer 2 shifts of production coverage per day, 6 days a week.
The "Precision" Difference
Our state of the art equipment can accommodate cutting sizes up to 8 x 12 ft. with weights up to 5,000 lbs. But what really sets us apart from our competitors is the use of two cutting processes. Most shops choose Waterjet or Laser as their primary process but we wanted to offer our customers more choices and less hassle. We can quote your parts both ways and give you our expert recommendation as to which process is the best solution based on size, material type, thickness, detail and edge quality. This saves our customers valuable time by sending a quote to one project manager who can give you more than one option and let you make an informed decision.
Our Equipment
Cincinnati CL 6, 2,000 watt Laser
This high-powered machine cuts parts up to 5'x10' ft. with a repeatability of +/- 0.001. The Laser not only cuts large shapes but various materials including:
Mild Steel up to 1/2"
Stainless Steel up to 1/4" clean or 1/2" oxide edge
Aluminum up to 1/4"
Acrylics
Flow "A" Series Waterjet with Dual Heads
This amazing technology cuts virtually any material up to 8" thick. Material is subjected to a stream of water pressurized to 60,000 psi with or without garnet.
Since the cutting process doesn't use heat, distortion of the material is not a problem. Other advantages include tight dimensional tolerances and finished edge quality reducing the need for cleanup of parts, which save time and money.
The dual heads and large 8'x12' cutting area mean faster turnaround time and less waste of material.
